Dr. Rabi Mohtar is a professor within the departments of Biological & Agricultural Engineering and Civil & Environmental Engineering at Texas A&M University. He founded A&M’s Water-Energy-Food Nexus Initiative and has worked in many other roles within the field of global resource management, whether through researching, advising policymakers, or teaching.
